New Registration and Authentication Updates

Dear LDI Epres Customer,

As part of our commitment to provide reliable services to you, LDI has enhanced its login and registration process to improve your Rx online user experience.

As a result, please note the following updates rolled out on 27th July 2013:

1.  A new website login process will require you to re-register your account, creating a new User ID and password of your choice

2.  You will need your current AR Number, Birthday and Zip code combination in order to complete the new registration process. Your AR Number can be found in the top right corner of the invoice you received with your latest prescription order.

3.  You will also be required to specify an email address to which instructions will be sent on completing your registration by setting up your User ID and Password.

4.  After your re-registration is completed, continued access to the site will utilize your new User ID and Password.
